About The Technique Workshop

We're continuing to build off the foundation of the February workshop focusing on body movement and its application on footwork and/or partnering. Led by Lisa, this workshop is friendly for leads and follows of all levels. Saturday, March 30th, 1:00 pm - 2:45 pm at CAC (215 First Street, Cambridge, MA).

Whether you're a lead or a follow, this workshop is designed to cater to dancers of all levels.

During this workshop, we will delve into the fundamentals of footwork, helping you develop a strong and confident presence on the dance floor. Coach Lisa will guide you through various exercises and drills to improve your footwork, ensuring that you feel comfortable and in control during every step.

Furthermore, the workshop will address body movement, helping you understand the importance of posture, balance, and fluidity in your dancing. Coach Lisa will share his expertise on how to move your body in sync with the music, adding an extra layer of expression and style to your dance.

With Lisa's guidance and the supportive environment of the workshop, you will gain confidence, refine your technique, and take your dancing to the next level. This workshop is the perfect opportunity to start the year off on the right foot and set a solid foundation for your dance journey.
